By purchasing the educational product called "Universal Promotion" from Pharmacology University, a subsidiary of CHNC, I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Intellectual Property Ownership.

The intellectual property is of the sole ownership of Pharmacology University. Such purchase does not grant any rights to the intellectual property assets of Pharmacology University, and under no circumstances shall it be construed as a license or transfer of trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets, or copyrights.

Reproduction to third parties and use of the product: The educational product called "Universal Promotion" is for individual reproduction, use, and enjoyment, and its massive reproduction to unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited. The resale or sale of the product is for an individual user who will be duly registered.

Confidentiality:

Private information provided to you by Pharmacology University must be kept confidential and protected from unauthorized use and disclosure to third parties.

You may not obtain copies of all, or any part, of the Proprietary Information, except to the extent necessary under the Authorized Use, at all times and by law.

Non-Compliance: If you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions described herein, the membership will be immediately terminated without refund.

Controversies:

This agreement is a product of good faith, therefore, conflicts, or controversies, that may arise regarding its interpretation, formalization, and compliance, shall be resolved administratively and by agreement of the parties and by its contents, ratified in every one of its parts by signing at the bottom and in the margin for its due legal record, in the useful pages and two copies. For all legal effects, the undersigned agree that the conflicts that may arise from the interpretation, development, modification, and resolution of the present agreement shall be submitted to the ordinary justice of the City of Dallas; waiving any other judicial or extrajudicial jurisdiction and establishing the following special domiciles, in which all notifications and proceedings shall be valid even if the interested parties do not live or are not found in them, which shall be the domiciles denounced "ut supra".
